Waitlist privacy

We collect your name, phone number, email address and city to register your interest in ONFORM, coordinate early access and launch offers, and send our white paper and launch updates by email. All four fields are required to join.

Where your information goes

Signups are processed by our website host, Netlify, and sent through Google Apps Script to Google Sheets for storage and access by ONFORM’s authorised operators. Your personal information is not displayed in the public signup count.

Your choices

Joining is optional. To ask about your information, correct it, withdraw from launch updates, or request deletion, contact hello@onformofficial.com.

What we do not ask for

This form does not request health details, payment information, or a password. Please do not send sensitive information through the waitlist.
